Good experience. As of right now great place to buy a used car (will update in the next weeks if needed) We came to Mighty Auto from just outside of the Milwaukee area because of the prices we saw advertised. I was worried that they might be too go to be true. When we got there we learned there was no game or scheme with the advertised price. The prices Mighty offers are very competitive and we ended up buying a car that had a sticker price below blue-book value. The only thing to know is that they will stick their advertised price and go no lower. Overall a great experience where you do not have to haggle with a car dealer.

What a great car dealership! After car shopping all day we stopped here. David and Cody were both very friendly and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. The who process was fast and easy! They didn't drag the whole process out like the big dealerships do. I will definitely start at Mighty Auto next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle!
My first dealership experience was when my boyfriend purchased from somewhere else and it was the most painful and awful thing. This was personally my first dealership experience and they were AMAZING! They were super patient with me while I tried out several vehicles and always had something to say. I really felt treated like their number 1 priority even though it was pretty busy. The financing aspect was great, too! I feel I got honest answers to my questions and lots of great info. Even the follow up (they had to order a part) was super fast...and even though the sale was done I never felt brushed off or unimportant. In some way I had contact with almost all the staff and everyone of them were always friendly and great to work with! Thank you!!
Bought a Jeep the other day !! Great experience friendly staff very patient with me and all the cars I chose to test drive. They did not push me at all to buy a vehicle and made suggestions to help with what I was looking for . Made the paper work so easy and explained and answered all questions I had . Will definitely recommend to friends and family . Great prices too .
Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We got a great starting price plus a very fair trade-in. We weren’t badgered or rushed into a deal. Very responsive to our financing needs. Fixed a minor detailing item they had missed before we left the lot. Made sure we knew all our options and we felt like they did what they could to get us the best price and financing. Would definitely return!
My wife and I started looking for a new to us vehicle for our growing family few weeks ago. We had browsed a few websites and took a test drive at another dealership, looking for a good fit for our family. And even with that searching, we weren't feeling convinced we were finding the best value. Thankfully, my wife was scrolling through some options online when she came to a vehicle at Mighty Auto and was really impressed. We then took a closer comparison online and we were pleasantly surprised with how positive things were looking. To our satisfaction, that experience was only to get better once we got in the vehicle. We found it in great condition, with a clean Carfax history, lower mileage than others like it in the area, and yet still about $2K less than anywhere else around for that same vehicle! In hindsight, I shouldn't have been surprised by this. Back in 2014, I had bought my Hyundai Sonata from Mighty. That car has been a dependable asset to me as I put on quite a few miles for work. Just short of 200K miles in the last 6 years to be exact, and the car looks and runs as good as it did back then. I am very impressed with our fair, friendly and common sense car buying experience at Mighty Auto and I would highly recommend you check them out for yourself!
Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and the whole COVID situation adds to that. The crew at Mighty was quick to respond to my emails and set up my appointment right away. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. The process was quick and everything went smoothly. I can’t thank them enough for all their help!
Everyone was great there. Super knowledgeable and helpful to find the right vehicle for me. I asked to test drive a couple different SUVs. I once even had a vehicle brought up to test drive then later I said sorry nevermind and they didnt care, they said no big deal, I'll pull up another. All were just super nice! I love my blue '17 Ford Escape SE!!! Financing was pain free. Brad was knowledgeable and helpful about warranties and gap coverage
Just upgraded trucks from a 01 to a 05 F-150. Service was so helpful and convenient that it was almost as easy as going to the store for a gallon of milk. These guys are on it. My salesman, Cody, was not pushy at all and talked me through pros and cons well to help me weigh my options. Him as well as the finance manager truly seemed like they cared that I get the car that is perfect for me. Would definitely recommend!
Mighty Auto was such an unexpected find and positive experience for me! They worked with my budget and even helped me find exactly what I was looking for while keeping me under budget after taxes! The workers there are very friendly and the atmosphere there is very positive. They were very honest and upfront with me and I could tell they were trying to get me the best deal possible to help me and not take advantage of my pocketbook. I HIGHLY recommend them! Just picked up my new (to me) used 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Mighty Auto in Neenah. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The owner, Matt, made me feel welcome the second I walked through the door. I gave him a small idea of what I was looking for and he pulled several SUV’s to the front of the store for me and kept them running so I would stay warm. The entire staff was patient and helpful as I test drove several different vehicles. Once I finally found the one I wanted, Dave took me through the next steps in the buying process and helped me get the paperwork filled out. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. When I arrived today to finish everything up and take the car home, it was clean, already running, and ready to go. I thought buying my first nice/newer car was going to be scary, but the staff at Mighty Auto made the process simple and stress free for me. Was referred by a friend. I've got some bad credit but Trina was willing to work with me and walked me through the process. Within 24 hours of walking on the lot I drive home in an affordable reliable car and a great warranty. Edit: 12/18/2019 The Warranty has been a godsend folks make sure you fully understand what it can do for you. I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 paid $2500 for the warranty and so far claims made and paid by the warranty have exceded its cost Warranty 2500 Claims 1400 for shocks within 3 months of ownership 4600 for a new transmission to be installed this week. Saved 3500 already and I still have 5 years and another 70k Miles left on the warranty as I drove it almost 60k miles since purchase i have another 65k miles til it expires Get the warranty talk to Brad about it he knows all the ins and outs of it. I cant stop telling people how awesome my experience with mighty has been for the entire time of our business relationship. Edit 2 just got off the phone with Brad yesterday and mighty is also giving me a loaner car while my vehicle is in for service at another repair facility if that doesn't tell you that mighty cares about their customers then I'm missing something then I'm missing something. Dave was extremely helpful in finding us an SUV. It was snowing out and he warmed up the vehicles for us and was very knowledgeable. We liked the one shop pricing so we knew what we were paying for the vehicle. He recommended a vehicle that was not on our list (2017 Hyundai) and we ended up buying it. This is our fourth vehicle from Mighty auto. I would recommend them to everyone.
